Special Rotary Valve with Integrated Rotor Removal System
Integrated cylinder-driven rotor removal system for faster cleaning and easier maintenance.
A rotary valve operates by inserting a motor-driven rotor into a horizontal cylindrical housing. Powders and granules are fed into the rotor from the inlet and transferred to the outlet by rotation, where they are discharged by gravity. Material feeding stops when the rotor rotation is halted and resumes when rotation restarts. By combining the valve with a variable-speed motor, the discharge rate can be precisely controlled. The rotary valve size is selected based on the required throughput capacity. As powder and granular materials vary widely in properties, the optimal configuration can be selected from a broad range of materials, rotor designs, and optional features. This model is equipped with an integrated, cylinder-driven rotor removal system, significantly reducing the labor required for disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly during maintenance.
